Each task can have a deadline, and projects can be color-coded for even more organization.” Additionally, this application has a weekly overview feature and is readily available on nearly any device at any time. Todoist is free and easy to download, is powered by HTML 5, can be accessed both online and off-line and will sync all to do lists with various devices automatically.
