You cannot base the success of your social media campaign off a couple of new likes or comments. There is no point in launching a campaign if you don’t seek to see it through and analyze its effectiveness. You will save so much money if you take the time to gauge which tactics are working and which are not.
Mistake #4: All About You
Your consumers do not need constant updates about how awesome your company is; if they follow you it is because they already know. Now that you’ve got them, start listening to what they have to say about you and what they want. Social equals a two-sided interaction, so have a strong one.
