Recently I had the pleasure of being interviewed on The Boss Show, a unique weekly podcast offering “workplace wisdom with heart and humor” to those of us who have or are a boss. The witty banter between Jim Hessler (the business guy) and Steve Motenko (the psychology guy) was very fun to jump into. Boss Show logo

Based out of Seattle, Jim and Steve were relatable and easy to converse with; I practically forgot we were talking about the workplace! During the interview for “The Benefits of a Bad Boss,” we joked around about bad boss stories but also went down a short rabbit trail about Gen Y’s and the relationship between bosses and employees; a connection that has changed dramatically over the past 20 years.

I enjoyed telling them about our research at Three Girls in collaboration with Xactly Corp. as well as the reactions I received when they heard our outrageous tales. Jim and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable in their respective fields and make a great team in reaching across the board to all of us who have experience in the “real” world. I hope that I get the honor of working with them again!
