While there are numerous different styles of blogging, one tried and true statistic is that blog articles with over 2,000 words often perform better in regards to SEO according to HubSpot data.
That’s not to say every single article you write needs to be that long, as there are other steps you can take to improve your articles’ SEO; you should aim to create noteworthy articles in the 2,000 to 2,400 word range.
